How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we’ve upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for US & UK customers!
1.For US customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 8-15 business days for Standard Shipping, and 6-10 for Express Shipping
2. For UK customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 10-15 business days for Standard Shipping, and 6-10 for Express Shipping
3. For Australia,New Zealand customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 7-15 business days for Standard Shipping
4. For Europe ( France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal,Poland, Norway,Finland ) customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 10-20 business days for Standard Shipping, and 6-10 for Express Shipping
5. For North America (Canada) customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 10-25 business days for Standard Shipping, and 8-12 for Express Shipping
6. For Other Countries customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 10-25 business days for Standard Shipping, and 8-15 for Express Shipping
7. From Apr. 12, 2018, customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over USD$25(shipping cost excluded).

How much is the shipping cost?
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:
The shipment method you choose (we offer Flat Rate, Standard shipping and Expedited Shipping options);
The destination country that the package ships to;
The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.
Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

How do I place an Order?
Do I need to register before placing an order?
You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your KORBIR account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
How Can I Return Or Exchange an item?
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. KORBIR.com is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, KORBIR.com do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note the following product return requirements:
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;
Gift cards, jewelry, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.
